Delivery within Ukraine to Nova Poshta Branches
The parcel is stored at the post office for 7 days, after which it is automatically returned.
The cash-on-delivery fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount is paid by the customer upon receiving the order, according to Nova Poshta’s terms.

In-Store Pickup in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv
You can pick up your order from our stores in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv.

Courier Delivery within Ukraine
Courier delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta’s courier service.

Express Delivery
Express taxi delivery is available in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv.

International Delivery
International shipping is handled by Ukrposhta (14-21 days) and Nova Poshta (5-14 days).

The cost of international delivery is calculated by the manager after the order is placed. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country.

We deliver worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
