Returns and Exchanges

The period for returning or exchanging goods is 14 calendar days from the date of sale/receipt, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Items with a discount of 50% or more are subject to EXCHANGE ONLY.
Gift certificates are not subject to exchange or return.

Return and exchange of goods of proper quality are possible only if the following requirements are met:

  • All tags and labels must be in place (not torn off or cut).

  • The item must not have a perfume smell.

  • The item must not have been used.

If these requirements are not met, the goods are not subject to return or exchange and will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

WARRANTY

The warranty period for the product is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
In cases of technological or manufacturing defects that do not depend on the buyer, free service for their elimination is provided.
The period for eliminating defects is 5–10 working days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Make sure that the product is subject to return according to the conditions mentioned above.

  • In case of returning promotional goods with gifts, it is necessary to return the full set.

  • Send the parcel to the address agreed upon during the return arrangement.

REFUND

  • After receiving and inspecting the goods, we refund the money to the buyer’s bank account (you must provide your full name, IBAN, and tax number).

  • The term for funds to be credited may vary depending on the bank’s policy.

  • The approximate refund period is 3–7 days.

  • Please note: the cost of delivery during return or exchange is paid by the buyer. If the return was sent at our expense, its cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
