1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer constitutes the official proposal of Husar Vadym Vitaliyovych, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," to conclude a remote purchase and sale agreement for goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") via the online store, and places a Public Offer (proposal) on the Seller's official website https://www.ocean-clo.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the Seller's offer (acceptance) to conclude an electronic purchase and sale agreement for goods is considered to be the fact of the Buyer's payment for the order under the terms of this Agreement, within the timeframe and at the prices specified on the Seller's Website.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

"Goods" — non-food consumer goods (clothing, footwear, leather goods, accessories, etc.) offered for remote sale via the Internet under this Agreement, the images and/or descriptions of which are posted in the OCEAN online store (hereinafter also referred to as the "Online Store").

"Online Store" — in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce," a means of presenting or selling goods, works, or services through electronic transactions.

"Seller" — the company selling the goods presented on the Website.

"Buyer" — an individual who has concluded an Agreement with the Seller under the terms set forth below.

"Recipient of goods" — the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer in the corresponding Order as the recipient of the Goods and who actually receives the Goods on behalf of the Buyer.

"Order" — the selection of individual items from the list of goods indicated by the Buyer when placing an order and making payment.

"Website" — the ocean-clo.com.ua website of the Online Store, including all its web pages; the owner and administrator of the Website is the Seller.

2.2. For the purposes of this Agreement, all terms defined in Clause 2.1 are used exclusively in the meaning provided in Clause 2.1, regardless of whether these terms are used in singular or plural, in different grammatical forms, cases, or constructions.

2.3. All other terms not separately defined in this Agreement are interpreted according to their literal meaning, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, business practices, as well as the purpose and subject of this Agreement.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. Under this Agreement, the Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the selected Goods to the Buyer according to the Order, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery (handover) and full payment of the Goods according to the terms of this Agreement.

3.3. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the terms of this Agreement; the Seller is not required to inform the Buyer additionally by any other means, except by publishing the Agreement on the Website.

3.4. The owner of the Online Store reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement without any special notification to third parties. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website of the Online Store, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Agreement.

4. Ordering Goods and Concluding the Agreement

4.1. The Buyer independently selects the available Goods on the Website of the Online Store and places an Order for any Goods available for ordering.

When placing an Order, the Buyer:

• Clicks the "Place Order" button and independently fills out and submits the "Place Order" form, providing full name, contact phone, email address, chosen payment method, chosen delivery method and desired delivery address (if delivery is required), and the full name of the Recipient (if someone other than the Buyer will receive the Goods).

4.2. Before filling out the "Place Order" form, the Buyer must carefully read all the terms of this Agreement and, if they accept these terms in full, click the "Place Order" button, which is considered as sending the corresponding Order to the Seller.

4.3. This Agreement is considered concluded, and the Seller's offer is fully accepted (accepted) by the Buyer from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Place Order" button via the Website information system: https://www.ocean-clo.com.ua

5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment is made through PORTMONE.UA and WayForPay payment systems.
5.2. If payment is not received, the Online Store reserves the right to cancel the Order.

6. Delivery Terms
6.1. Delivery of Goods ordered on the Website is carried out according to the conditions specified in the "Delivery and Payment" section on the Website.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally suspend service under this Agreement in case of violation of its terms by the Buyer.
7.2. The Buyer is obliged to timely pay for and receive the Order under this Agreement.
7.3. The Buyer has the right to place an Order in the Online Store.

8. Liability of the Parties
